Sample Acceptance Hours

Monday-Thursday  7:00am - 7:00pm EST.*

Friday 7:00am - 3:30 pm EST.*

*Saturday deliveries may be available with prior laboratory approval.

*The exceptions (to above hours) include substances that have very short holding times; Microbiological samples, MBAS(Methylene Blue Active Substances), BODs, etc.

*MBAS are accepted Monday 7:00 am until noon on Fridays. Samples pre-approved for acceptance after noon on Friday will be subject to a 2x rush fee.

*We only accept Microbiological samples on weekdays Monday through Thursdays until 6:30 pm EST due to the short hold times. We are also not able to accept these samples on the day before a holiday.

Holidays are: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
